VIPexpress provide dispatch service Island Wide door to door, except offshore island. We accept delivery for letters, documents, and small parcels. We operate daily from Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) Just SMS is all you take to request for a pick-up. Payment can be arrange by sender or receiver.

Small parcel: Must not exceed 1kg (If parcel exceeded 1kg a charge of $1 per kg is applicable)

For product less then $100 - Charges $7
For product more then $100 but not more then $500 - Charges $10
For product of $1,000 - Charges $15

Local Van Delivery

We are a local delivery company. We provide delivery service island-wide.
Our service are as follow:-

Door-to-door delivery service (per trip charges) $35
Same day delivery $35 (Within City area) / Other area $40 weight not exceeding 30kg
Ugent Delivery $50 all area weight not exceeding 30kg

Items weighing exceeding 30kg a surcharge of $1.50 for every kg.

Terms & Conditions

1. Deliveries & Undeliverable:
Deliveries cannot be delivered to P.O. Box. Deliveries are delivered to Receiver's address given by the Sender. If the receiver's does not accept or refuse for whatever reason, VIPexpress will contact the sender if contact number is available for next available action and VIPexpress will deem delivered and Sender will bare all Charges. If Sender's contact is not availavable items will be delivered back to Sender's address and Sender's will bare all Charges including additional cost for delivering items back to sender.
2. Delay Delivery:
VIPexpress will make reasonable effort to deliver the items according to Sender's schedules, but this are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract with the Sendre's. If undeliver items will be re-sechedules according on the following day. VIPexpress is not liable for any damages or loss cause by delays.
3. Circumstances beyond VIPexpress control:
VIPexpress is not liable for any loss or damage arrising out of circumstance beyond VIPexpress control. This include but not limited to "Act of God"
4. Payment through billing or account:
Invoice will be email to the sender not later then the 28 calander date of the month. All cheque payment should be cross and made payable to "Vip Butler Services" Any delay of payment "VIPexpress" will cease all delivery assignment till payment is received.
5. Declaration:
VIPexpress has the right to open and inspect without any prior notice to sender. Sender must declare in writing or inform "VIPexpress" without asking. Note: Sender will be responsible for items delivered by "VIPexpress" which will not be liable if items are found to be illegal.
